Our future gardeners were busy today (April 2nd, 2011) in creating there own Timmy the Terra Cotta Turtle. If you missed out, our gardeners took terra cotta pots and turned them into turles, complete with color, legs, eyes, and a tail. They then created living quarters for Timmy the turle by adding a terra cotta plant, rocks, and water into the bottom of a short pot. Timmy was then placed into his home to be later displayed in Mom and Dad's garden or patio. Check out the pictures below to see how much fun we had.
